The fundamentals of “For Fem/4Fem” Women’s Rights Defender NGO are the following:

. Gender equality is a core theme and should be considered as the inseparable part of all the policies, projects and programs of “For Fem/4Fem” Women’s Rights Defender NGO. By considering gender equality as a core merit, it’s required, that perspectives, interests and needs of people form atmosphere with equal rights for men and women.

. For achieving gender equality, it is important to consider the fact that each policy, project or program can’t have the same impact on women and men, because their perspectives, needs and interests are different, and these differences are strengthened by class, race, ethnic identity and age.  Thus policies, projects and programs should be gender sensitive based on these differences.
